I am the owner of another cell phone repair shop in New Hampshire. Both my business and Cell Phone Pro Repair have a mutual parts supplier (a very reputable and high quality parts supplier) and some very expensive devices we ordered from this supplier went missing. It turned out that they got shipped to Cell Phone Pro Repair by accident. They did the right thing and notified the parts supplier, and then facilitated getting them shipped directly to us.
